Online Security & Privacy
The inherent nature of on-line transactions does raise security concerns and is well founded. We take these concerns very seriously and have instituted proven practices in all our operations. Rest assured that all information we collect from you is encrypted per highest industry standards for maximum security. You should see a lock symbol on your web browser when entering sensitive information such as credit card numbers, indicating a secured link.
All information we collect is only used for the intended purpose. We do not share such information with third parties other than payment gateways for validation of buyer's credentials. As additional protection for our customers, and to minimize fraudulent transactions, we log the IP address during checkout.
We never solicit sensitive information such as credit card numbers through emails. Customers are advised to be cautious and not send such information by emails.
Return Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products and stand behind every one of them. We do understand mistakes do happen. We will make every effort, Insha Allah, to remedy expediently all issues subject to following terms:
. If we had shipped you the wrong item (product, color, size etc), we will exchange it with the right item. We will reimburse you for the return shipping costs and we will bear the cost of shipping the correct item to you. If the ordered item is no longer available, we will refund you the full payment after we receive the merchandise from you.
. During the order completion stage, please ensure that you have selected the right product code, color, and and especially SIZE to avoid returns. When in doubt, please email customer support your measurements so that we can help you with the size. Being hand made, slight variations are normal across different designs. The actual sizes are given in the size chart. It is important to verify your choice against this chart.
. We are positive that you are aware of the fact that color variations do exist across different monitors and settings. Due to limited web colors, it is not possible to reproduce the exact color of a product in all its hues and shades. We cannot accept returns on the basis of these color variations.
Most of our garments have detailed hand workmanship such as embroidery, sequins, stones, beads, and mirrors. Asymmetry in design and what may seem slight imperfections in patterns are in reality within the realm of hand worked fabric and indeed give it's unique beauty. We cannot accept returns for such “imperfections”.
. You have 7 days to inspect the goods from the date you received the merchandise. In case of returns, we must hear from you within this 7-day period and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us. We cannot take responsibility for goods returned to us without an RMA #.
. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packing with our original tag(s) untampered. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returned or exchanged goods.
